I am a Jamaican born, Brooklyn raised child of the Caribbean.  I am also the founder of Breadfruit Media, a podcast  production company; and Caribbean Podcast Directory a place to discover podcasts by people of Caribbean Heritage. For over 5 years I’ve been the host of Carry On Friends The Caribbean American Podcast – one of the first and longest running podcasts dedicated to the Caribbean American experience.
